Our Replacement Door Process

We’ve been installing doors for years and we have the process down to a science. We’ll walk you through our exact process from the initial phone call to using your new front door!

1)You decide to call or email us for a FREE, in-home consultation with ZERO sales pressure. Once you call we can typically be out as soon as 2-3 days for the consultation. We are flexible with your schedule.

2) We will arrive at your house for the free estimate/consultation. This is when you show us exactly which door you want to have replaced. At this time, we will take measurements and talk to you about specifics. The conversation will never be sales related. We’ll discuss the style, color, special features, hardware preferences etc. We’ll take specific notes.

3) Within two-three days we’ll send you a FREE quote via email and you can decide to move forward. As you can see there is no sales pressure at all.

4) If you decide to use us for your replacement door services, great! At this time, we will place the order with our manufacturer and the door will arrive around 4-6 weeks later (at most).

5) Once the order arrives at our facility we’ll call you to schedule an installation date. We can typically install the door one week after delivery. Once again, we want to work with your schedule.

6) On the date and time that we agreed upon our friendly installer(s) will arrive on time and ready to work. The installation may take up to one day per door. This is the worst-case scenario. Details will be discussed accordingly. After this, we show you the finished project and you give us the final approval. We won’t leave unless you’re happy.

Unless you have a specific preference, we will order all of our windows from Harvey Building Products. We have partnered with Harvey because all of Harvey’s windows, doors, and enclosure system products are made right here in the USA.

Also, Harvey allows us to back our products with powerful warranties. We like Harvey products so much we use their products in our own home.

However, if you are looking for a replacement door that is not Harvey, we would be happy to purchase the specific door. Also, if you have your own door we would love to install it for you. Unlike other companies, where you have to purchase their products, we aren’t exclusive. We are more than happy to install any door you prefer. After all, it’s your home.
